Once you have completed your project, you will be required to provides copies of all invoices relating to the project and bank statements (evidencing payment of the invoices) to the Trustees for their records. You may also be required to present at a trustee meeting on your project or provide the Trustees with a written reference.

Alternatively, the Trustees may make a pledge to your or your organisation. This means that the Trust will grant the funds to you or your organisation, only when the balance of the funds required has been raised by you our your organisation. If the Trustees choose to make a pledge, you will be required to raise the balance of the funds within a specified time frame which will be decided by the Trustees.

"Over the past couple of years, we have benefited greatly from Awarua Trust in a number of our projects. We had a large project in our Ezekiel Trust Community Kindergarten in upgrading our playground. We were able to gain funding from Awarua Trust dollar for dollar. Without this significant help we wouldn't be able to supply this new and creative play environment for the many children on our kindergarten roll. Another project we have received help with is our 24-7 youth worker at the Morrinsville College. We have 2 youth workers at the college that focus on the at risk youth -

developing relationships with them and connecting them to many other programs and help with within the community. We are very grateful to Awarua Trust for their support of our work in the community."
